Estimated Construction Duration
We work closely with you to build and fulfill the needs of your project within the timeline specified. We will do this by establishing clear goals and a comprehensive management plan based on your needs, requests, and expectations. Our process to achieve success involves the following phases:
Phase 1: Preliminary Budget
During this phase, our team will review the plans and specifications to determine approximate construction costs based on historical data. We will then prepare a budget based on the current set of development permit plans. All work complete.
Phase 2: Building Permit Budget
After reviewing your building permit drawings, our team will work with you and your consultants to provide a budget based on competitive sub-trade estimates and quotes.
Phase 3: Pre-construction
Once we have both agreed upon a budget and a form of contract, our team will begin implementing the pre-construction project plan. We will first deliver a detailed outline of the plan with a timeline that includes all relevant due dates and deliverables. The due dates will depend on, and be adjusted specifically for, your project.
